For best results, follow our signature mixing method to ensure a stable, beautiful icing:

Hydrate: Combine 5 TBSP meringue powder and 1/2 cup warm water.

Whisk: Mix until you reach soft peaks (this builds the "strength" of your icing).

Incorporate: Add 2 lbs of powdered sugar, 1 lb at a time, mixing on low.

Emulsify: Add water as needed and mix for 2-4 minutes until perfectly smooth.

Adjust: This results in a thick "stiff" icing. Add water a teaspoon at a time to reach your desired piping or flood consistency.
